Suncraft Studios is a one-person web agency run by Ivan Albornoz in Coral Springs, Florida. This page covers what information we collect when you visit suncraftstudios.com or get in touch, why we collect it, and what we do (and don't do) with it.
What we collect
There are two situations where we collect personal information:
- ·When you fill out the contact form. We collect your name, email address, phone number (optional), business type, the service you're interested in, your budget range, and whatever you write in the message field.
- ·When you visit the site. We use Google Analytics to understand which pages get traffic and how visitors find us. That collects standard things like browser type, device, country, referring page, and pages you viewed — not your name or email.
What we do with it
We use what you submit through the contact form to get back to you about your project. That's it. We don't email you marketing newsletters, we don't sell your information, and we don't add you to any list you didn't sign up for.
If you become a client, we keep your contact details and project notes so we can do the work and follow up on it. If you're not ready to move forward, we may keep your inquiry on file in case you reach out again later — but we won't pester you.
Who handles your data
A few third-party services help us run the site and respond to inquiries. They each have their own privacy practices:
- ·Web3Forms processes the contact form and forwards messages to hello@suncraftstudios.com. Their privacy policy.
- ·Google Analytics tracks anonymous site usage. Google's privacy policy.
- ·Hosting providers (typically Netlify or similar) handle the technical delivery of the site, which involves logging IP addresses for security and performance.
Beyond those services, we don't share your information with anyone — no advertising networks, no data brokers, no resellers.
Cookies
The site uses a small number of cookies — mostly the analytics cookies set by Google Analytics. These help us count visitors and see which pages are useful. You can disable cookies in your browser settings; the site still works without them.
Your rights
You can email hello@suncraftstudios.com at any time and ask us to:
- ·Tell you what information we have about you.
- ·Correct anything that's wrong.
- ·Delete it from our records.
We'll respond within a few business days. No forms to fill out, no jumping through hoops.
Children
This site is for businesses. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a minor submitted information through the site, email us and we'll delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we update how we handle data, we'll change this page and update the date at the top. For anything material, we'll also note the change in our next email response to active clients.
