Starter is $299 one-time. It's a custom one-page site, mobile-friendly, with a contact form, a Google Maps embed and one round of revisions. It suits a new business or a solo provider who needs a solid place to send people.
Professional is $799 one-time. It's up to five pages with advanced local SEO setup, Google Business Profile setup, a photo gallery and two rounds of revisions. It suits an established business that wants to grow.
Half is due to start and half before launch. The Care Plan is optional at $59 a month and covers security updates, content updates and monitoring. The full list is on the services page, and this guide explains what drives the price.

How much does web design cost in Coral Springs?
My Starter site is $299 and my Professional site is $799, both one-time and flat. A 50% deposit starts the project and the other 50% is due before launch. More than five pages, an online store, booking or customer logins are quoted separately.
How long does it take to build a website?
A Starter site usually goes live about 5 days after you approve the design. A Professional site takes 5 to 10 days, depending on the number of pages and how quickly I get your photos and text.
Will I own my website?
Yes. You own the code, the content and the domain. Hosting runs about $0 to $15 a month and a domain about $12 to $20 a year, both in your name.
Can we meet in person?
Yes, in Coral Springs and across Broward County and Miami-Dade. If you're outside South Florida, we work remotely.
Will my website show up on Google?
I set up the things that help: local SEO basics, a sitemap, Google Search Console and, with the Professional plan, your Google Business Profile. No one can promise a specific ranking, and anyone who does is guessing. A fast, clear site gives you the best chance of being found.
What do I need to get started?
Your logo if you have one, your best photos, a list of what you offer and the areas you serve. If something is missing, we can sort it out on the free 30-minute call.
